That’s exciting that you made that much power, hopefully I make 850....I would think it should with the build I’m doing. What drive ratio are you running your blower to get 8lbs, and what rpm did you get peak power with the 741 cam?

peak power came in at 5900rpms, max trq at 4700rpms
i haven't run it with the pulley swap. so im not exactly sure on boost but on the dyno it was a 55 lower 52 upper and i got a peak of 4.2psi. now at 55 lower 48 upper im hopping that gets me in the 7/8psi range

You'll keep making power up top in spite of the cam due to the blower keeping airflow up.

That’s a big jump, won’t you have to retune for that??

Overdriven 8-71 on that setup and only made 4lbs? Id say either the blower is worn, or your throttle bodies are killing you.

Mild thunder I was kinda wondering the 4lbs with 5% overdrive too....figured it would have done better than that?? I plan to start on the dyno a touch overdriven and have pulleys to go up to 10% over depending on how much power I get and or boost it makes!?

brand new blower so i hope not
im thinking its a combo of the throttle bodies and the low compression 7.5 maybe 7.8:1.. not letting it really breath a ton.

i think if Daytona25 has a point of compression on me he should do it "easy".
