Thats a lot of cam for a 502. Probably needs to spin close to 6000rpms for peak hp.

dyno sheet shows it hit 600hp at about 5200-5500. 610 ft lbs @ 4900. off a carb. pump gas. Crude Intentions ... do you have reversion issues at all? or did you? do you think I will with this exhaust.

think were getting off track..... my questions had nothing to do with the horse power of the motor.... my question was about reversion not whether or not anybody thinks the motor has 600 hp or what I will need to change or add to keep it that way....
looking for info on reversion with what cam it has..... thanks. |
When it’s claimed 600hp people will point out that it won’t be that in Marine trim. I went with hp500 risers which go up quite high and back down. I haven’t noticed any reversion yet but yes the cam is capable of it. |
