I have extension blocks made in the past -- it all depends on the height needed. 2 in. thru 4 in.riser extensions is not uncommon for set up -- just depends on that set up for the needed height and of course room.
3 inch riser extensions seems to be the many on average
Yes they can be expensive but cheaper than hydro locking engines and or rusting up many internals for engine failure.

Those are some nice risers, Camelot!
OP, given how sharp your current risers turn I’d go ahead and get new ones made anyways not unsimilar to what Camelot did. I believe Stainless Marine could do that for you, and while they’re at it get a couple O2 bungs welded in as well.
Also pressure check the current manifolds to be sure that you’re not wasting you’re time and money.
