I’m 99% sure that I’ll go ahead with the Holley Sniper on my 509. It comes as a complete kit with a Walbro 225lph pump, filters, and misc clamps and hoses. It seems to me that this is pretty light duty stuff for a marine application.
Thoughts about using the supplied components or find a better fuel pump and filters? One reason is the kit uses hose clamps which I hate. I much prefer push on/an fittings. The main reason is that I’d rather invest in better components and do it just once.

Nothing wrong with walbro pumps...but that pump seems small for a 509 depending on your goals.
225 lph = ~ 358 lbs/hr gasoline
358/0.6 BSFC = ~ 600 hp......on the edge not having a pump curve (or fuel system to estimate line pressure losses) to double check, regulator pressure and not knowing the specifics of your engine,
Id run a bigger pump (depending on goals) and use parker pushlock plumbing (JIC = AN)
