I have a 525 stock build with stainless marine manifolds and risers. Have 4” thru hull exhaust with internal flappers. I am thinking about installing switchable CMI mufflers clamped on the tips. I am concerned this may make the possibility of reversion worse due to the back pressure from the muffler baffles and they may trap water making reversion possibility worse.
