I use a $75.00 Hand pump vacuum tank. I attach it to the oil tube dipstick with a hose clamp will suck oil out stone cold, Easy and cheap....

I use this unit which runs off your air compressor for boat, truck, car, etc.? even when doing a brake fluid change. Any of the big box auto parts stores or tool trucks have them, or just Amazon it.
