take a pic of your ECM so it can be ID. Its either a MEFI 4 or E Controls - if it is E controls there is no one reprogramming as they are completely locked and E controls will not let any info out because I have tried and tried many times. I even talked to their engineering team, promise you are not going to able to any recals for those. Matter of fact currently I believe I am the only one fixing marine E controls ECMs that have gone bad internally.
