GPM=I don't see allot of pressure coming out of the outlet hose. My setup doesn't see a lot of water pressure on the gage. I rebuilt the sea water pump earlier this year. Engine stays cool .

You might want to put the T after the sea water pump so you are pressure feeding the cooler, where is the pick up in the drive ?

GLM- Took it out today and some magic must of happened between changing the alternator and removal of the thermostat.

MAT temps came down and the cooler was flowing alot better. Temps still got to around 140F after WOT runs but, cooled down.
No surging whats so ever. Boat ran fantastic. Best its run in a while.
checked inter cooler discharge while running and pressure increases as rpm comes up.
As most boosted situations it probably could use a little bigger cooler. or one that flows more.

r,

Eric

Pro Charger doesn't want you to run a thermostat, the M4 cooler isn't the best. If your drive has a low water pick up similar to the Imco you can extend the opening to get more water to the motor.
