I saw you had a slightly discharged battery. I would have charged it out of the boat then run the
tests again. If you charged and tested this new battery and you still have a discharged battery
after running the boat for a while then look to the other charging components. Your alternator
output decreases as rpm's increase. I would check my belt for slipping/wear. If this shows good
then I would test the alternator. I test/change one thing at a time. That way I know what is good
bad or marginal.

The TPS at higher RPM seems to be way off, 4000RPM at 47% is unlikely.

Will get back to boat and check battery voltage at battery and not what ECM shows, Since posted chart is for open circuit voltage. Also will record TPS from idle to WOT with engine not running. from memory when running 4K rpm I had throttle left and have check with flame arrester off plate goes fully open.

If allowable on the water see what the highest rpms you can get currently and screen shot that scan - Thanks I am kind of wondering if over speed will take place as well. There is a reason it possible might even before rev limiting at 5150.

Your parts have been shipped and should be there tomorrow. In my area we have bad luck with UPS so I do not use them rarely.

Kudos to BUP for helping working through my issues.

1- IAC was replaced by former owner but was the wrong type. It had a spring and correct replacement doesn't.
2- didn't scan yet but can tell it's working because "rushing" type noise at throttle housing.
3- not sure if I need to add the IAC muffler or not??
4- tach shows idle between 650-700 again will check with scanner.

5- now on to next issues recording WOT data.

Glad I caught your call today and gave out a hand to hopefully help get your boat running how it should. Yep aftermarket IAC s do not work well on the 555 period. Some can be close but in all my findings apples to apples same day and same test conditions NO they do not. Some DO NOT operate at idle either inwhich is very important.

Also THANKS for good words and KUDO s in your last post

From my postings the water PSI(40+ at 4Krpm) is too high, but doesn't store fault. I have closed system… is there any way to connect and verify PSI to verify sensor is reading correctly?

Where's the best place to connect the gauge and what kind of adapters are needed, I have closed cooling system? I presume if I remove the water PSI sensor and run it will go into guardian mode?

The water pressure sensor is the the sea water side of your cooling system.

What kind of water pickups do you have on your drive?
High water pickup?
Lower water pickup?
Dual water pickup?
