Is there anything else that might be causing this motor to slack or not get fuel that I should look into? It ran amazing on the test ride and every time when I bought it; I mess with something fuel it’ll help it. Could it be timing? Injectors? Motor was rebuilt bottom to top 100 hours ago.

Wow talk to text. I’m sorry. It ran amazing on the survey and the first couple times I brought it home. Then that motor started to act up, I’d be at 4K and it would drop to 1200 and back up randomly. Changed the filters which had ladybugs in a couple holes ran great again for a couple times; that helped. Now we’re back to it but this time it’ll climb very slowly to operating RPMs but much slower than the right motor. My apologies for the 4th grader response before

If you have clean/ replaced the filters and the filters are not showing any more lady bugs... you can still have a blockage at the pickup elbow where it comes out of the tank ( as per BUP's comment) before the filters... or the carb filters (if equipped)
I have also seen it where the vent line is blocked and the fuel fill has a o-ring seal and the fuel pump can not draw fuel out of the tank - soft tanks can collapse ... if this is the case, as soon as it drops rpm, crack the fuel fill cap and see if it has suction - should be none
