I installed a new IMCO helmet yesterday. I purchased the merc washers and bushings for the hinge pins. The washers came on the helmet so I didn't need those. But the bushings wouldn't fit in the helmet holes. It appears IMCO eliminated the bushings and made the helmet hole the same size as the hinge pins. Seems stronger but its metal on metal. I used some grease to help with wear. Here is a picture of the bushing. Can anyone confirm?
