Oil Pan for 632
#21
BringIng up the dead on an old post. I’m a welder by trade, engineer by education. I welded it, PT’d it and looked good. Reinstalled and it leaked its a$$ offf. Actually got worse. Just bought some new one offs from Doudley Oil Pans. Best $3000 I’ve ever spent. Tired of fighting leaks. I’d come back to boat after 5 days and find 14 qts of oil in bilige.

Sorry I only have the 1 piece.
ARE built it for me years ago.

A good pan will do more for consistent pressure and controlling oil temp than just about anything else.
