On a BBC rect port head, every .005 that you mill off reduces the chamber by 1cc. You will not want to take off more .030 or you will for sure have intake alignment issues.....and you still may have use some extra thick intake gaskets to avoid having to mill the intake manifold. Going from a 119cc to 114cc wil give about .3 more comp ratio

If heads are milled you need thinner intake gaskets(or mill intake), not thicker.
