Default 31' copeland race cat

Posted on here before. Need some advice. Building my 6.0 ls turbo motors for my boat. Got the sea pump figured out. Running dry to the turbos than wet after. Excess water dump out the side. Anyone use the crusader cast 6.0 manifolds. Anyone swapped ls motors into boats before. Looking for some knowledge and advice.

The Crusader manifolds are designed to pass water thru the flange into the risers. For a Turbo setup, you would need to make adapter flanges thick enough to have water outlet ports on the sides, with no water passing all the way out the top of the flange. You can make such adapter plates, and use anybody's brand or style of exhaust manifold.

OR you could use something like these:

They already HAVE an outlet port fore and aft on the outlet flange. Seems plenty cheap enough, also.
But you really do need to consider a lot about heat management with turbos. Plan on using the standard raw water pump for the usual engine, fuel, oil coolers, trans coolers. Plan on using a second raw water pump for intercoolers (optional but recommended), exhaust manifolds, and turbo housing. Keep temp senders in the exhaust man as well, to warn you of flow problems (blockage, impeller). If the manifolds are getting water, then the turbo housing will also be getting water,

THESE are sexy, too, but pricey:

Mcollinstn i plan on running a sea pump for the motor and a seperate for the components. Plan on also running electric fans in the engine bay and cutting in more vents. The back of the cat has a wing with vents. No rear sunpad. Was already planning for exhaust temp sensors to keep an eye on both.
