Also use these but without the bottom feet on the chains. Again all depends on engine compartment size and access which is the best way to pull out marine engines.

and these, one of the best things to use to hook chains to lifting brackets. I have the stainless steel pairs with a 3600 lb capacity. The one in the pic is 1800 lb max capacity.
