the set up is supercharged 540's with cross over, no thermostats
there is no block mounted water pump
the exhaust is a 4" gill with a bravo riser set up
There is plenty of flow, just no pressure
there are no kinks on the lines
they are hooked into the block drain "T'd" off with an AN fitting and a 2 way block (off the top to keep sand out and for easy cleaning)

Its not over heating, and per the lazer temp tool, no hot spots found
