Went through this last year. You need to restrict it at the dumps. Take your manifold dumps weld them up and drill a small hole in them they only need to bleed off air anyway. Do the same to your engine dumps start out about half the size they are now, then you can work your way up until you get your desired pressure. Unless you know someone with a lathe then they could make some reducers.

I have a machinist that does work for me, thanks for the info

Does engine oil or water temp get warm or hot ? my engines show very little pressure , but lots of flow. Never any heating issues of water temp or oil temp.

Everything stays around normal, water temp around 140-160 and oil around 160-180 push to 190 ....I was taking to Doug about a drive question and he said dont worry so much about the pressure as flow

Before I put in a seperate pickup for the intercoolers I was going to use a 12v shut off valve. close it at idle , open it when on plane .

I still have it , it`s power closed

You have Daytona ignitions right ? I forget, do they have any rpm based outputs/switches ? If do, could use’m for that.

As I have mentioned in other threads. I have 3D printed restrictors for my -AN hose for my manifold dumps and crossover bypass. This is also how I control pressure, I just keep up-sizing the diameter until I'm happy with flow and pressure. What size and how many would you like?

While flow is very important remember to keep enough pressure to keep air pockets from forming.

I ran it like this a few hours last yr, no blueing on the headers, I may just install a shut off valve on the cooler dump so I can run it on the hose, and experiment with some restrictors to bring the pressure up a bit

Thanks for all the input....
