I’ve converted my Volvo DPX v belts over to the 500 efi setup. Unfortunately i had to remove my closed cooling because the accessories didn’t clear the heat exchanger. The boats a fresh water boat in Lake Havasu so losing the closed cooling wasn’t as big of deal for me. I kept the Holley intake on it from Volvo and need to reroute my coolant hoses. The 500 DPX came with SMI exhaust and enters at the bottom of the headers only and loops to the risers.
