Hi guys have a bravo 1 on my 25 outlaw and the lower unit is seeping down im thinking either trim cylinders or pump there is no visible oil leaks is there any procedures to test the cylinders and pump to see which is bad thanks

Buddy had this happen last season. Most likely a leaky valve in the trim pump assy.

You could raise drive and support it with something strong enough to hold it. Disconnect hyd lines at pump and cap the lines off. Remove whatever is supporting the drive an see if it seeps down.

As was said, leaking valve in the trim pump. Easiest to just replace the entire trim pump.

Does anyone know offhand what size those lines are if i wanted to cap them thanks

...one trim ram will hold the drive up even if the other side has a cut internal seal by-passing pressure ... look at the trim pump having an internal leak as already said

No need to replace if you use trailering clips on the hydraulic cylinder while stored in the up position. You can typically spot in on the drive trim gauge when underway but it's typically so slow it would be an issue. I've noticed mine will sag when I haven't exercised the system during none use.

Whats the best option for a replacement trim pump
