Mirage have same diam as Mirage + ?

Mirage Plus 21” pitch has a 14 3/4” diameter. This diameter is huge for a single engine boat w/5.7l engine. Been there done that.

not sure if it’s a mirage or mirage+ but here is the best picture I have of it on hand. Does the diameter look too big?

Not in front of the boat but this is the best photo I had of my prop. Does it look too wide?

I do not think that is a Mirage or Mirage Plus prop.

Griff you're right!! My bad!

Now that you called it out it came to me, it's a mercury "vengeance" prop, not mirage! Don't know how that compares diameter wise but it is a 21 pitch prop.

These are the specs, pretty sure this is it.

Mercury Vengeance (13.75" x 21") RH Propeller, 16318A46 48-16318A46

ooking forward to everyone's thoughts/feedback! Thanks!

Have not tried those before, but that's a good diameter.

They do make Mirage Plus props in as small of a diameter as 14.375"

Default Rpm limiter

I am wondering what the rpm limiter is set to on the 2012 4.3 liter and 3.0 liter tks. Also, what does the limiter do when you hit the limit. I just got both engines and wondering what the limiter is compared to the WOT.

The Merc rev limiters are set at 150-200rpms above the max recommended WOT. Not sure what the recommended WOT range is for your engines, but they should have a label on them indicating the WOT rpm range.
