So my boat has the corsa quick and quiet 2 exhaust. It has the stock exhaust tips with the Salisbury flappers on the end. My question is the tips have two sets of baffles in them would it be ok to remove the inner set of baffles and leave the outer and the flappers to possible achieve a little more sound? Thanks for the help

You would be far better off to just put some straight tips with internal flappers on. Those corsa muffler tips are pretty solid/well built pieces and are a beeotch to gut. They have same mounting holes/pattern as the new tips will be. I did exactly this on my boat that had corsa mufflers. Couple hour job was all. Be sure to seal new tips well and bolt holes with good silicone.

As Gimme Fuel said, it’s way easier to put in new tips. I went to gut my Corsas and it turns out that they are very well put together. Getting rid of the Corsas really uncorked my engine and made a nice difference. I put the GGB inserts in my new tips to keep the noise down when needed with no power loss.
New tips use the same mounting holes. I skipped the rubber gaskets and used 4200 to seal them up. Do not use the 5200 as it’s for permanent installations.
