Default 502 With side whipple help

Can anyone tell me why i could possibly have fuel coming out of my flame arrestor / throttle body?

Engine is a 1994 502 EFI that has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with the return back to the tanks (No more Cool Fuel /VST). I checked fuel pressure at the rail and it is at 40 psi. No Vacuum leaks.

Boat will fire up on a cold start but will immediately die if i do not give it any throttle(smells rich). Once i give it throttle for about 10 sec. and bring it back down the boat will idle fine but just a little rough.

Boat runs great from 2000-4000 RPM but i noticed i cant get over 4100 RPM. Once i do the engine just seems to fall flat and Loses all power.

Engine has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with the return back to the tanks. I checked fuel pressure at the rail and it is at 40 psi.

i did upgrade the CAM to a roller. I had to get it tuned but the day we tuned on the water it was too Choppy and could not get to WOT. Can this be a tuning Issue?

disconnect them electrically, the ecu trigger wire could be grounding out.that would make them flow all the time when the key is on.
