The flange has 4 3/4”

yoke has 3 3/4”

not my area of knowledge...lol..

Maybe contact BAM for a recommendation? Probably need to replace the yoke.

Your driveshaft is a 1350 series, the flange you have is 1480.
Yes you need a new flange. At one time Mercury also made an adapter to use small driveshaft with big flange.

You can replace the flange no problem.
