That’s the issue. I don’t think I can get the surfaces prepared well enough for the Cometics. I wish I could because I know they’re the stuff.

That is a possibility.

Wait, Simple explanation?

My incoming hose aft of the sea strainer had a split going into the sea water pump. Under way pressure would build and cause it to spray water in the bilge. I’m guessing water got trapped up there and caused the issue. It for sure was not coming from the head gaskets so that has to be it.
