Near 1000hp , 190* cruise , 240ish wot.
13 plate bellhousing coolers , Lake Michigan water.
Oil might be okay at 280* but what are the bearings and such seeing? Like Griff said it depends on where that temp reading is being taken.. before or after the cooler .

after a few runs this past weekend under 10lbs of boost i never saw a degree over 235.

My Starboard always runs hotter.(30*). anyone else have the same issue, drives my OCD crazy

Do your research, the science and dyno proven results with lower oil temps too.

my starboard is the same - consistently 20* hotter across the entire range. It bothers me enough that i might put mismatched sized coolers on it this winter. It annoys me......
