Default Hydraulic helm sizing and steering column length questions

I am in the process of converting my 1988 Cigarette Bullet to full hydraulic steering. I am using Hynautic steering rams. I read through some older post here on the board and it looked like 160ml was the most common size recommended for twin ram, but I didn’t see a specific recommendation for that size using Hynautic rams. Does that sound correct?

I would also be interested in what length of steering column you would recomend to go with the hydraulic helm? Thanks for the help!
