Pushrod recommendation

My current pushrods are .80. Any reason to go to .135?
Yes, they are solid roller with higher spring pressure, but I never spin them over 4,000.
.135 are twice as much $600 vs $300. I know it's not a big deal long term, but damn I just spend 2400 of new rockers, about to order my Daytona Sensors CDI ignition so the winter fund is depleted.....!!

why not more rpm? id rather wind them up than bog them down 6000-6500 is pretty easy with no rocket science involved
It's no secret on this website that I'm a grandma boater and better suited to a Bayliner, but you have to run what you have.......

.80!? Are you running a 200hp small block?
You have solid roller, and decent spring pressures , I wouldn`t be using some straw sized pushrods.
Put your big boy pants on and let`s get with going here .. and please don`t tell anyone else you don`t go past 4000 rpm.
