No, it's a check valve. I just used an -6ORB to -8AN fitting. If I need the check valve I can install at a later date.

Just to give a update. I used the AEM fuel pump with recommended AEM regulator and it is working fine. No more lean conditions.

Good to hear. My friend has been running ~700HP from his 540's all summer with those pumps. They have been running better this summer than they ever have.

Glad you found something that works well...I run Weldon 1100-A and it also works perfectly.
