Hose can only supply so much water, and don't know how your local system is

I picked up five feet of clear hose today. My hose route goes under the oil pan from the rwp to the oil cooler, up to the power steering cooler and finally to the heat exchanger. I would be able to just replace the piece from the ps cooler to the heat exchanger and get the same thing right? Bubbles or no bubbles at that point.

Sorry, should have explained further, just use a foot or less of the hose. Place it at the HX entry and the original hose using barbed fittings

Perfect. No worries. Thanks.

She's definitely not the dirtiest carb I've opened up, but she sure wasn't "just rebuilt" like the previous owner claimed. The primaries squirt gas no problem, but no fuel is coming out of the secondaries. Rebuild kit will be here Tuesday...

I can’t stress enough the value of a wideband on a boat. Even though now I run a Holley Sniper now I still keep the wideband active just to keep an eye on things.

Agree 100%. I have one on 69 Camaro. Priceless for tuning my Holley 950. Hard part on my boat set up would be where and how to install the bung. Is there an adapter where I could screw it into my riser spacer? Would it be accurate there? Seems like it wouldn't stick into the exhaust stream.
edit: Looks like I have some machining work to do...

Mercruiser? Plenty of wedge spacers available.

Pretty much any exhaust maker will put them in for you as well. I have CMI headers but found a local welder and sent him this write up. Easy peasy for him.

Ive also had good luck with these keeping the sensor out of the water stream. I ran it back to back with and without and had identical AFRs. I have probably a hundred hours on my original sensors.

Yes. Mercruiser. I started doing some research last night after you mentioned it and it looks like there is a ton of info out there. I have a good friend that is a high end machinist/engine builder and owns a engine machine shop locally. If anyone can install something like that in a riser he can. The question will be how I want him to do it. I'll check out the links you attached. Thanks a lot for the info. That'll be a big help.

I just talked to Monitor Products. They seem to think I have plenty of raw water flow because my risers are running ~80* while the rest of the system is at 207*. They should be ~120* he said. After talking to him, we're thinking it's air in the system. It's just not pulling the heat from the a/f due to a flow issue. I wish there was an air bleed, but he gave me a couple of things to try to burp all the air out. I'll rebuild the carb first tomorrow and do what I can to get the air out of the system.
Unfortunately I had my son down in the bilge to drain some of the a/f out of a block drain and he didn't close the drain tight enough. I was sitting on my pool deck when I noticed a big burp of something shoot out my bilge pump port. It's sitting on the trailer... Bah. 5 gallons of a/f in the bilge. I cleaned it all up and will use some fresh a/f.

lol

Acc pumps on vac sec carbs squirt fuel into primaries. How did you determine no fuel getting to secondaries ? Just don’t want you chasing a nothingburger. :)
