Default 525 cam and crank sensor location

Been looking all over for the location of these two sensors. I know there’s the sensor on the front crank gear. Have read that is the crank sensor or the cam sensor depending on model year. Serial number of the engine is 0M906224. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

also maybe someone could help with the issue I’m having. Everything runs and works great on the engine. Can cruise at 3600-3700. Get passed 3750 and the engine randomly cuts out for a split second. Almost not long enough to throw a code. Bump it up to 3800 it happens more frequently. Haven’t pushed it pass that yet.

They are both on the chain case cover. The cam sensor is on the front upper right side, and the crank is on the bottom. I know there are two different versions depending on the year. What I just described is what I have on my '05 600 SCI engines, which use the same set up as the 525 EFI.

mine are 04s. I’ll see if I can find the crank. I take it the cam is the one right in front aimed at the crank gear correct!?!?

No, so far I'm not finding the Cam sensor

Here is the listing of sensors, and there is one (item 16) listing for oil drive cam sensor, but its not on the front cover

This is what the newer gens looked like #22 (crank) and # 27 (cam) if you are trying to identify by pics (0M953620 through0M956326 and 0M956327 through 0M962885 same design)

.... AllDodge does have the correct diagram for your SN provided..which is also identifiable to an extent by the design/location of the crank sensor as they are very different

I do not have that #22 on the chain case cover. I can feel two holes like a sensor should be there and a screw hole. So my crank sensor must be located somewhere else. Unless I’m missing something

Is you Crank sensor the same location and profile as what AllDodge posted in post #4?

Do you have parts hanging around the engine from the wiring harness??
