I have a pair of Mercury 525's in my 28' Daytona. One of them tries to stall when I first push the throttle forward and is fine after 1000rpm. I've replaced the IAC twice on it now. It'll be better for a few weeks then its like the IAC has failed again. I've got a Diacom Scanner and its not showing any faults that would seem to cause that. Anyone experience this before? Maybe the throttle blade needs to be adjust so the IAC is not working so hard? If there is already another thread just direct me to it.
