Default Rooke Question; Hardin Bravo Sea Pump

I just dropped my single SBC in the boat, it is normal rotation, the pump rotates the same direction as the motor. Can anyone confirm which nipple is in and which is out please, thanks, I appreciate it.

Is that motor raw water cooled? Your thermostat housing is going to cause some issues if so.

In addition: Fuel pump not marine. By chance is anything else ? Distributor ? Alternator ? Starter ? Carburetor ?

Just to confirm, if you look at this motor from the front, like most other similar motors, the crank is rotating clockwise, that makes it LH Rotation as far as the water pump is concerned.

Thanks AllDodge I appreciate it.

It's a closed cooling system, this is in my old fishing boat, it's a Skipjack 24 Flybridge, getting ready to go kill some big tuna.

3pointstar Impeller was installed by Hardin.

Correct, RH facing front and LH facing the flywheel.
