For obvious reasons I was not able to warm up the engine before testing but this is what I got. 100 psi on cylinders 1,3 and 4. All others 150-160. Question, do I install the rebuilt Holley and try to start.....or

I would install carb and see how it runs. Maybe redo compression test.
If engine hasn’t run for awhile you don’t know if uneven compression is from hydro lock or prior problem.
If those cylinders were washed down from excess fuel that will affect compression reading.
Run it, recheck compression.

Update on the 454 BBC. Installed the rebuilt carb, and it started and idled great in the driveway. Took it to the lake and no issues, ran it for several hours (idling, cruising and some WOT runs). Got home and did a compression check, all cylinders 155-165 range (warm engine). The engine seems solid, Just need to check the secondary's on the carb. I was getting ~4000 rpm at WOT and normally I am in the 4800-5000 range (22" Donzi Classic). May be over-propped at 1800 feet lake elevation. Going to install a 14-1/2 x 20" Raker, (to replace the 22") to see if that gets the RPM's up. Appreciate all the feedback so far!
