Im running 2 stage pumps also -20 from the transom feeding the pump, -16 to to the x over, -12 to the inter-cooler and out, -12 off the T-stat housing to the headers, Im dry to the tip so I cant restrict there so I figured the cooler dump would be the easiest.

Did you ever see what Rookie was experimenting with and using. Pretty cheap and effective to achieve desired pressures etc. Little more sanitary than small gate valves I was going to rig.
