Default Bbc 509cid fuel line?

Hi, need opinnions for correct size fuel line for 500hp bbc, quadrajet carb, holley 110gph pump, AN-6 from pump to carb. My tank has dual pick up tubes, 0.33" inside diameter each. Should i use both pick ups and AN-8 from tank to pump, or is one pick up enough?

Both tank pick up fittings has these balls inside the fittings, should those be removed?

Sounds like you have 3/8 pick up tubes. Tubes are measured OD. Hose is measured ID. Hose fit over tubes. I think this is why they do this.

More on sizes from Fuel Labs:

Can't help you with your balls!
I am running supercharged big blocks electric fuel pumps and Sniper EFI on -6 lines throughout without issue. I am around 620HP
Originally they were 525SC clones with mechanical pumps and 3/8" line throughout.

What’s cool about electric fuel pumps, is that you can measure your fuel supply ‘as installed’ pretty easily. Return line into a fuel jug. Measure by weight or volume vs time. Whichever you can do more exact.

My pumps and filters and water separator
I installed the pumps/filters on a plate that can be removed as a whole assembly for maintenance
