Hey Rookie, that looks like the pic is front of my brother in laws building in GH. Is that when Jim V rented from him?

Yup, That's Valako in the pic putting the stand under my Panther. I rented out the back 4000 sq/ft for a couple of winters for winter storage too.
Phil has really done good to that property now.
