working on a blown 555 with Holley terminator efi and I need suggestions on target afr numbers

idle seems to like 13.7 at 850rpm
whats a good number for 3500 -2 psi vacuum
and up?

can you read a new plug at partial throttle?

What size is the boat, I'm guessing 12.0 to 12.3 under low boost, 11.9 at higher boost. Rich is safer than lean.
