Default Verado 300 high water pressure

I have triple 2013 Verado 300's w/400 hours. Boat is always lift or trailer stored and flushed every use. Port (counter rotating) engine has developed higher water pressure than the other 2 from idle on and runs about 20 degrees hotter (215 running vs 190). Installed new thermostat, poppet valve, and water pump kit. It has noticeably higher water pressure at the pee tube also.
port @ idle 7-8 PSI vs 2-3 PSI on center and starboard
port 16-18 psi and 215 degrees running vs 8-12 psi and 185- 190 degrees
Any suggestions/ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

TTT.
Thinking I have a blockage but cannot find a water flow diagram for the Verados. Nothing in service manual.
Is there one out there?
Thanks!
