Hey guys,

I am having difficulty getting an alignment tool for my staggered 700 with nxt.

Here is one we have made in the past. We lend it out with our NEXT transmission kit.

I'll see if I can find the drawing.

I would have to make one up. What's your timing? We are closed until after New Year.

I can't find the drawing for the disc. Just measure the ID of the bell housing. Also I can't remember what that 5" long section of the tool is for. I don't think it has to be there.
Hopefully you can find someone to make the tool for you quickly.
Mercury doesn't really have a tool for the M6/NXT so the instructions are out of an old shop manual (which is where I got the idea in the first place)

this is the one I bought for 6’s

I'm pretty sure that part of the drawing is a mistake. I will verify when I get to the shop later in the week.. When I made that Mercury didn't have a tool.

That Mercury part number looks like it will do the job. There are 6 pieces at the factory. I'm sure it's less expensive to buy that one.

We are closed until Jan 3 so you can get it faster from another dealer.
