Looking for a moring cover that extends further down the sides to basically to where the boat transitions to the V. One I have stops just under rub rail, boat is a 24 outlaw.

I bought one from Windstorm boat covers. Covers down the side but for trailer storage.

Look at Marine Concepts boat covers. They make covers that cover the total side and go several inches under the "V". There is a hem sewn in the bottom of the cover that has a rope in it that goes through a ratchet that you use to tighten the cover under the "V". I have one that is fastened to a rail under my covered dock slip but they make ones to just fit the boat as well as far as I know.
