Default warped intake valves

502 mpi engine with only 45 hours since heads were redone but now everyone of the intake valves are warped. Any ideals what causes it? Machinist said they are the heavy duty valves.

What other work was performed when heads were done?

New inconel exhaust valves, new springs, roller rockers, 500efi cam, heads resurfaced, seats ground, block line honed, torque plate honed, decked

Was cam installed straight up? Was block zero decked, or just cleaned up?How much did they mill heads?
If cam timing was advanced, you may have run out of piston to valve clearance.

Block was just cleaned up and make sure both deck heights were the same. I don't remember how much off the heads but not much and original heads. I put cam in straight up and mocked it up and measured valve clearance but that was 4 years ago and don't remember how much

Warped or tuliped?
Intake valves usually won't tulip.

I have seen that in a lot of small block heads but cant say I have ever seen it in Big Blocks. They are tuliped which I suppose some people call warped. I know if you are getting water in the cylinder they will definitely do it. When I do a set of small block heads i almost always put stainless intakes in them.

I think you need to have your machinist verify if they are "warped" or "tuliped" big difference in the causes. And a picture would be nice
