Hey guys, new here, just purchased a boat that might be familiar to a few of you. 1995 Apache scout, think it might be CMCs old boat, actually about 90% sure it is.

Anyways, I’m thinking about re-powering with a Verado 250 that seems like a smoking deal, a friend has been storing it at his marina new in crate but doesn’t have info on the year and I couldn’t find the tag with the year stamp and cannot remove cowling or get a good look around the motor. Is anyone capable of decoding the serial or finding out what year it was manufactured?

Don't know exact year but on my 2023 Chap it has twin 250 Verados and serial numbers are 3B268xxx and 3B382xxx
