If they are flywheels from 1 pc seal engines they will not be balanced correctly for a two piece seal crankshaft. The 2 pc seal cranks have an offset weight built into the crankshaft flange. The 1 pc seal cranks do not so the 1 pc seal flywheels have more weight on them.

If you can post the entire number, not just the last three digits, I can look them up in my engine builders software and tell you for sure.

As mentioned, one piece seal cranks have 2 different flywheels depending if it was cast or forged internals and the 2 piece have yet another. Need more info on your combination. Best question is why didnt engine builder balance this and if so, have a machine shop weight balance your original one to the new. On another note, flywheels dont go bad other than ring gear and if that is the case, either flip or swap ring gears.

One more thing, I thought I asked it above but does the vibration get worse above 3000 rpm ?
