Hey All,
I found a Cigarette Topgun with 525sc engines that had been sitting in storage for over a decade. I spent the summer going through everything and getting it in good running order.
Both engines ran beautifully and it was ready for an October test run.
I started up the starboard side engine let it warm the oil then shut it down and did an oil change.
After the oil change I went to fire up the engine and it now the engine wont run.
From what I can tell there is no spark going from the coil to the distributor.
What I have done:
1. Bought and installed a new coil
2. Checked for power going to the coil. There is power
3. Bought and installed a new ignition sensor
4. swapped the ignition amplifier and rev limiter from the working motor.
I have power going to the Coil but no spark leaving the coil to the distributor.
I have video proof the boat ran beautifully before the oil change.
I am really hoping I will get to try my boat before winter so any help would be greatly appreciated.

So when you start it
it turns
buy no effort to fire up, right?
when it ran you had good oil pressure?
reading what you said i assume you would answer yed to the 3 questions but just wanted
to make sure

Yes it turns over but does not attempt to fire and it did have good oil pressure when running.
