My mistake. I thought you mentioned yours is from imco lower thru -20 hose to pump...

How did you find the flow differences for next down level adjustment? Was it on the fence or just way too much water? Pop-off valve always open....!!

Ya I said imco lower but that feeds the hose hooked to the inner transom assembly..........

On the cig I actually ended up cutting the bottom of the pick up more 'straight' instead of the big scoop.. the scoop really pack in the water even when just a bit showing below the hull.

On Bad Kitty I got rid of some useless trans temp gauges and replaced with intercooler water pressure.

Used this strainer.. last engines they were mounted on the head which is even nicer but I don`t have any room on the new ones.

The reason I made the angle cutter was to achieve a consistent gap around to pickup tube for the 3M adhesive. I first cut an oversize hole with a hole saw then filled it with fiber reinforced epoxy, then machined it to accept the pickup tube and adhesive. Overkill I know, but I can't help it.
