I am the one that built the engine that Smitty "Arcticfriends" is referencing. I will tell you that the Weiand intake is a pile of ****! If your goal is to have a few fouled plugs and a few pistons that are vented ashtrays, this is your best choice. During Covid the RPM wasnt available so tried the Stealth and after seating the rings and one mild pull on the dyno determined it was a pile of **** and not tunable without individual cylinder control. Smitty and I called anyone that claimed in stock and found an RPM and after install, the AFR's were tunable only to get better with a 2" spacer which gained torque and HP. This was and iron headed 509 that peaked at 5400. Moving forward, freshened a pair of carbed HP500's but upgraded cams, compression, ProMaxx 290 heads, good internal parts etc, and again the Performer RPM out torqued and out HP the factory Dart single plane. Answer to all this, you want a good intake for your combo, RPM. You wanna buy new internals and cost you a season, the Stealth will make that happen. Either way, I would never build anything that doesn't get dynoed! Not so much for the bragging right of what it did or didn't make but finding distribution issues and having the proper tune. Hope this helps.

I left the intakes and kept stepping up the cam all the way up into the the 250's.I did up compression by then.
