Pull your high pressure flared fitting out of reservoir and drill the center out to 11/64". will help you tons at an idle. No adverse effect anywhere else. You could even fuzz it a few thousands over that but all mine with stock pumps go to 11/64". Problem is low flow at an idle. This will help tons

Update. Air was getting into the system through the steering cap. IMCO systems don’t need an external tank and they don’t need to be running to be bleed. Worked great yesterday. Now on to the next issue. Thanks for the replies.
