I’ll look at it some today. I’m going to troubleshoot the carburetor linkage pulls individually, and then add them in sequence until I find where in the chain the issue presents itself.

Don’t get me wrong I love me a big Holley carb, if it’s just the secondary that is stiff maybe the accelerator pump diaphragms are stiff, not sure why it seems to happen more to them than primary,

I’m sure part of it is related to the 50cc cams. The 30cc pump/cams seem to work more smoothly.

These were dynoed with the carbs as is so I’m hesitant to make any changes without having a/f meters to monitor. I may change them out later but that’s not in the carbs right now. It may make sense to convert them to 1:1 opening versus progressive but again I don’t want to mess with that now.
