what size lines for intercooler ??

I am getting ready to order the fittings for my inter cooler. this is for a weiand 177 blower. What Should I run #8 or #10 AN fittings and hose. thanks

I wouldn't mess around with -8 for sure. I seem to remember PFM recommending -12 in and -10 out to try and build at little pressure. Mine has 3/4" fittings and that's the hose I run. I have seen 35+ pounds at speed, so you might want to either go with -12 all around, or a regulator..

I am presently running -10 AN fittings on the supply and discharge. This is for a Superchiller for a B&M 250 Blower.
I have put an e-mail into PFM on their recommendations for size of lines, number of dumps and maximum water pressure.
I will share the info when I get an answer.

PFM Superchiller e-mailed me and stated that my -10 supply and discharge lines were okay and that using a single dump was also okay. As far as pressure, they test at 40 psi and recommend no more than 30 psi but knows it will take more than that. A little vague but none the less an answer. Their phone number is:
