I run a set on a 251 Convinsor. 468 BBC, had them for 3 years with no problems (fresh water).

I have run mine for the past two seasons, in both fresh and salt water. I flush completely every time & have had very good luck with them.
I would buy them again.

I have had them on two boats with no problems. Good performance.

I have them on my current boat. I've heard rumors of people rusting them out, but never in fresh water. They are not the eye candy of the Stellings or CMI's, but they don't have the cost either. Lightning was very easy to work with and were open to trying to fit my wacky installation. Just don't try corresponding with them via e-mail.

Default Thanks

Looks like that is the direction I will be going. Just need to check on some leads for pricing.

I have a connection that sells them at a VERY good price. If you buy from LIGHTNING direct you will pay full retail price.
PM me if you are interested.
